Frozen Rails 2011 will be held in Finlandia Hall at September 20-21. Last year it has organized in co-operation with Kisko Labs and HHLinuxClub, and it was a success with over half of the core developers gave speeches and 250 attendants to listen them. This year HHLinuxClub is not taking part in organizing the conference but two of its ex-administrators are. If you have time and money I recommend you to attend to Frozen Rails conference. The ticket prices are a little high but They do have a student discount if you are a full-time student (You have to send them an email with your scanned student id).
